At Purrfect Match, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product should be in original packaging with tags
Non-returnable items:
- Personalized / Print-on-Demand (custom) products
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Items purchased on clearance or sale
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified via email
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Wrong item received
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

- Include:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- We will resolve it quickly (replacement or refund)
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing
- After that, orders may already be processed or shipped
